Our servicing of your portfolio is enhanced by our ability to access the borrower's loan and payment information via a real time link directly to our subservicer's servicing platform, enabling MorCap to view each loan in your portfolio using the same screens as our subservicer uses to service the loans. This also facilitates our investor reporting and reduces your management focus on "back office" issues in relation to servicing defaulted loans.
